- Shipping Locations: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Note: While we aim to deliver within these timeframes, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or shipping delays. We recommend tracking your order for the most up-to-date shipping status.
Order Processing & Shipment

Shipment Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order via the carrier’s website.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, especially during peak shopping periods or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions

Only within the United States: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO).

P.O. Box Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS. If your order requires delivery to a P.O. Box, please ensure you enter the correct address during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
- UPS/FedEx tracking: Visit the respective carrier’s website to input your tracking number and view the delivery status.
- USPS tracking: Visit the USPS tracking page and enter the tracking number provided.

Address Accuracy
It is crucial that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Demimacha is not responsible for delays or incorrect delivery due to errors in the provided address. Please double-check your address, including any apartment or suite numbers, before submitting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing a replacement or a refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Missing Shipments: If you believe your order is lost or missing, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Demimacha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as “delivered.” We encourage customers to track their packages closely and ensure they are available to receive deliveries. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
