At Demimacha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor tent purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your product under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us immediately.
Note: We are unable to accept returns for products that have been used or damaged by the customer, unless they are defective or faulty. For defective items, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Return Instructions: Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.

Return Shipping: The return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Packaging: Please pack the returned item securely to prevent damage during transit. If the item is damaged during the return shipment due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund in the following manner:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal). Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product is damaged, used, or not in the same condition as when it was shipped, a partial refund may be issued based on the product's condition.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used or opened products: Any items that show signs of use or have been opened (unless they are defective).
- Customized or special orders: Any items that were custom-made or specially ordered for you.
- Gift cards: We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
Defective or Damaged Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and process a refund.
